MrKingPhotos offers original photographic prints and photography sessions for purchase. These Terms govern your use of the Website and the services provided. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Website.

2. Intellectual Property

All photographs, content, and materials on this Website are the intellectual property of MrKingPhotos and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any images without explicit written permission.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment through approved secure methods including credit/debit card and PayPal.

Print Orders:

• All sales are final.
  
• Prints are made to order and shipped via WHCC.
  
• Please allow time for production and delivery.
  

Photography Sessions:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  
• The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session.
  
• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States and Canada. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada include a small surcharge. International shipping is available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product availability.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.

To begin a return for a damaged item:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  
• Provide a clear photo of the damage and your order number.
  
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

6. Client Responsibilities

For photography sessions, clients are responsible for:

• Showing up on time and prepared.
  
• Reviewing and signing any necessary model releases or agreements.
  
• Understanding the artistic style of MrKingPhotos before booking.
  
• Communicating any preferences, boundaries, or expectations in advance.
  

Nude Photography Sessions:

• All nude sessions are conducted professionally, respectfully, and in a safe environment.
  
• Nudity is treated artistically and non-sexually.
  
• Clients must be 18 or older and will be required to show valid ID.
  
• No guest observers unless previously agreed upon.
  

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrKingPhotos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product or service.

8. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice
